Support For Therapists & Community

Finding Strength in Collective Care

Healing does not happen in isolation. In a world that prioritizes individualism, our groups offer a radical alternative: the power of shared experience and mutual support. Each group is a carefully held container—a sanctuary where we can show up with our struggles and our strengths, and remember that we are not alone. Whether you are a healer seeking community or an individual navigating life's challenges, here you will find a circle of witnesses ready to hold you with compassion.

For Therapists & Healers

Liberatory Consultation Group

A sacred space for clinicians committed to decolonizing therapy and mental health. This group moves beyond traditional case consultation to explore the intersections of our clinical work with systemic oppression, anti-racism, and an anti-carceral lens. We focus on collective accountability, shared resources, and sustaining our energy for the long haul of liberatory practice.

Best For:

  • Clinicians committed to anti-oppressive, decolonized, and liberatory practice

  • Therapists seeking space to integrate social justice with clinical work

  • Providers who want support navigating systemic oppression in therapeutic settings

  • Healers looking for collective accountability and sustainable, values-aligned practice

Vicarious Trauma and Resilience Group

Designed for those in helping professions, this group addresses the cumulative cost of bearing witness to suffering. Using a somatic and trauma-informed framework, we will explore the impacts of vicarious trauma on our nervous systems and develop sustainable practices for resilience. This is a space to process the weight of the work and reconnect with your purpose and vitality.

Best For:

  • Helping professionals experiencing compassion fatigue or emotional exhaustion

  • Therapists, social workers, and caregivers exposed to chronic trauma stories

  • Providers wanting somatic tools for resilience and nervous system regulation

  • Anyone seeking a restorative space to process the impact of their work

Emotional Support Groups

These themed groups provide a supportive community for individuals navigating common life challenges, such as grief, anxiety, or life transitions. Rooted in the principles of connection and authentic sharing, these groups offer a place to be truly seen and heard. Together, we practice skills for emotional wellness while building a web of mutual support that extends beyond the therapy room.

Best For:

  • Individuals navigating grief, anxiety, major transitions, or emotional overwhelm

  • People craving genuine connection and a supportive community

  • Those wanting a safe space to share openly and build emotional wellness skills

  • Anyone seeking consistent support outside of individual therapy

Supervision: Growing in Purpose, Grounded in Liberation

Clinical and peer supervision is more than a requirement—it is a vital, shared space for growth, reflection, and sustaining our commitment to liberatory practice. This is a co-created container for LLMSWs and fellow clinicians to deepen their skills, navigate the complexities of this work, and grow into the healers they are called to be. We move beyond simple case review to explore the heart of our work: how we show up with authenticity, accountability, and a commitment to collective care.

Best For:

  • LLMSWs seeking supervision grounded in liberation and authenticity

  • Clinicians wanting mentorship that goes deeper than case review

  • Therapists committed to practicing with integrity, accountability, and community care

  • Providers looking to grow their voice, confidence, and clinical intuition

A Collaborative & Liberatory Framework

Grounded in the belief that we all hold pieces of the truth, this supervision is a partnership built on mutual learning. Our time together will focus on:

Integrating Theory & Practice

Weaving anti-oppressive, decolonizing frameworks into your daily clinical work.

Navigating Systems & Self

Exploring the personal and systemic challenges of the work, from burnout to ethical dilemmas within oppressive structures.

Defining Your Clinical Identity

Helping you articulate and embody your own unique therapeutic voice and values.

This is a space to celebrate successes, sit with uncertainties, and engage as co-conspirators in each other's growth. If you are seeking supervision that honors your journey, challenges you with compassion, and centers liberation for both you and your clients, I would be honored to learn and build with you.
